This increase was primarily due to increases in general administration costs related to the construction of the Life Resources project, salary and insurance expenses, advertising, research and development expenses and the appreciation of the renminbi.

Tiens continues to strive to expand its market share in China through the branches, chain stores, and Chinese affiliated companies of Tianshi Engineering. Alternative medicine taking very popular place in the western world.Here Mr.Gong-Soog Hong co-author of the study and professor of consumer sciences at Ohio State University given some valuable informations about alternative medicine.

Nearly three out of every four adults over age 50 use some kind of alternative medicine, such as acupuncture and herbal medicine, according to a new study. While previous research has been limited, this appears to be a higher rate than occurs within the general population, said Gong-Soog Hong, co-author of the study and professor of consumer sciences at Ohio State University.

01.This study found that 71 percent of older adults of USA used some form of alternative medicine in 2000. A study done in 2002, found a lower rate -- about 62 percent - among all adults.

02."The percentage of older adults who used alternative medicine was higher than I expected," Hong said.

03."Many types of alternative medicine have not been tested for safety and effectiveness, and yet a large majority of older adults are using them. This tells us there is a serious need for more consumer education."

04.Hong conducted the study with Catherine Montalto, associate professor, and Vibha Bhargava, a graduate student, both in consumer sciences at Ohio State. They presented their research April 9 in Columbus at the annual meeting of the American Council on Consumer Interests.

05.The researchers used data from the 2000 Health and Retirement Survey, conducted by the University of Michigan and funded mainly by the National Institute on Aging. The survey included 848 respondents aged 50 and over.

06.The survey asked about the use of six types of alternative medicine: chiropractor, acupuncture, massage therapy, breathing exercises, herbal medicine, and meditation.

07.The most commonly used form of alternative medicine was chiropractor, which about 43 percent of respondents had used. Acupuncture was the least used.

08.Some of the results will need more research to explain, Hong said. For example, the findings showed Blacks, widows, and more religious people all tended to use alternative medicine more often than did other older adults.

09.Other results were more readily understandable.

10.Respondents were more likely to use alternative medicine if they said they were in poor health and if they reported more problems with daily activities, such as carrying groceries, eating or bathing.

11.Of those who described their health as poor, 65 percent said they used some form of alternative medicine they considered preventive or curative - a higher percentage than among any other group. And about 63 percent of respondents who said they were not satisfied with their health care also tried alternative therapies classified as preventive or curative.

12."Older adults tend to have more chronic illnesses, and conventional medicine doesn't always solve their problems," Hong said.

13.The aches and pains that often come with age may also send more older adults to search for different kinds of treatments.

14."Treatment of chronic pain is very difficult," she said. "People who are living with pain will try everything possible to alleviate it. Those taking a holistic approach toward life may try something else such as alternative medicine."

15.However, the exact reasons why these older adults used alternative medicine is not known from this research and needs further study, Hong said. The fact that those who were less satisfied with their health care were more likely to use alternative medicine does suggest some people have issues with the current state of conventional health care.

16.Hong said the medical establishment has begun studying alternative medicine and has begun to accept some forms of non-traditional medicine. But more study needs to be done before they are generally accepted.

17."Many people are using herbal medicines or massage therapy or other treatments based on what they read in popular magazines or see on television," Hong said.

18."More scientific research is needed to examine the safety and effectiveness of alternative medicines, especially about possible interaction effects when they are used along with prescription drugs."

19.Hong and her colleagues are working on a new study that will take a more comprehensive look at what alternative medicines people are using and how often they are using them.

20."Alternative medicine provides an important option in response to the need for health care in the United States," Hong said. "We need to know more about who is using alternative medicine and ensuring that they are educated about the medicines and therapies they are using."

There is no clear and consistent definition as to the exact nature of alternative or complementary medicines. In a 2005 report entitled Complementary and Alternative Medicine in the United States the Institute of medicine (IOM) adopted this definition:

Other groups and individuals have offered various definitions and distinguishing characteristics. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) defines CAM as "a group of diverse medical and health care systems, practices, and products, that are not currently part of conventional medicine." NCCAM has developed what the IOM calls "one of the most widely used classification structures" for the branches of complementary and alternative medicine. The Cochrane Complementary Medicine Field says:
"What are considered complementary or alternative practices in one country may be considered conventional medical practices in another. Therefore, our definition is broad and general: complementary medicine includes all such practices and ideas which are outside the domain of conventional medicine in several countries and defined by its users as preventing or treating illness, or promoting health and well-being. These practices complement mainstream medicine by 1) contributing to a common whole, 2) satisfying a demand not met by conventional practices, and 3) diversifying the conceptual framework of medicine.

A 1998 systemic review of studies assessing its prevalence in 13 countries concluded that about 31% of cancer patients use some form of complementary and alternative medicine. Alternative medicine varies from country to country. Dr.edzard Ernst believes that in Austria and Germany CAM is mainly in the hands of physicians, while some estimates suggest that at least half of American alternative practitioners are physicians. In Germany, herbs are tightly regulated, with half prescribed by doctors and covered by health insurance based on their legislation.

Tiens Biotech Group (USA) announced financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2008.

For the third quarter ended September 30, 2008, revenue was $26.2 million, an increase of 137.6% compared to $11.0 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007.

Net income for the third quarter of 2008 was $14.5 million, an increase of 377.0% compared to $3.0 million for the same period in 2007.

The increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2008 reflects an increase in revenue for both China and internationally.

For the third quarter of 2008, revenue in China was $14.6 million, an increase of 330.1% compared to $3.4 million for the same period in 2007. During the third quarter, Tianshi Engineering, the affiliated company which markets and sells Tiens' products in China, announced plans to increase the prices of its products in October 2008. Tiens believes that the increase in revenue in the third quarter was due in part to customers stocking up on certain products as a result of the price increase announcement by Tianshi Engineering. Therefore, the increase in sales may not continue through the fourth quarter of 2008. At the present time, however, the price increase of Tianshi Engineering products will not affect the price at which Biological sells to Tianshi Engineering.

For the third quarter of 2008, international revenue was $11.6 million, an increase of 52.1% compared to $7.6 million for the same period in 2007. The increase in international sales reflects further reductions in export restrictions by China for countries in Africa and Asia through the third quarter of 2008.
In August 2007, China's Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine ("AQSIQ") announced an ongoing national campaign in China against unsafe food and substandard products. The special campaign against poor product quality was launched in response to a series of safety scares involving Chinese products worldwide. The campaign set 20 detailed goals, including twelve "100 percents". For example, 100 percent of food producers should be licensed; 100 percent of agricultural wholesale markets in cities must be monitored; 100 percent of suppliers of raw materials for exported products should be inspected; and 100 percent of agricultural products must be free of five types of strong pesticides. The campaign, which was originally scheduled to finish at the end of 2007, is currently scheduled to continue throughout 2008.
As a result of this campaign by the AQSIQ, there has been a general slow- down and backlog of export clearances for Chinese food products, and, from August 2007 through the first quarter of 2008, Tiens experienced significant delays in obtaining export clearance for all of the products which we sell to our international affiliates. Beginning in the second quarter of 2008, these export restrictions were reduced for exports to countries in Africa and Asia, but remained in place for exports to countries in Europe and the Americas. During the third quarter of 2008, these export restrictions were further reduced.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, revenue was $58.7 million, an increase of 41.1% compared to $41.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2007.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, net income was $22.8 million, an increase of 56.5% compared to $14.6 million for the same period in 2007.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, revenue in China was $29.2 million, an 85.5% increase compared to $15.7 million for the same period in 2007. The growth in revenue during the third quarter was offset by a 15% decrease in revenue in China during the first quarter of 2008. During the first quarter of 2008, Tiens believes that sales in China were negatively impacted by continued uncertainty in China regarding the impact of recently enacted direct selling regulations and uncertainty regarding the timing of the direct selling license application process and approval.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, international revenue was $29.5 million, an increase of 14.0% compared to $25.8 million for the same period in 2007. This increase in international revenue was mainly due to an increase in sales in Russia and Indonesia.
Other Highlights
Cost of sales for the third quarter of 2008 increased $113.8% to $6.6 million, compared to $3.1 million for the same period in 2007. This increase was mainly due to the increase in revenue for the period. Cost of sales for the period increased at a lower rate than revenue primarily due to the increase in sales of products sold to Tianshi Engineering which have a lower cost compared to products sold to overseas companies.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, cost of sales increased 40.7% to $16.9 million, compared to $12.0 million for the same period in 2007. This increase was in line with the increase in revenue for the period and was due to both the increase in sales and the increase in the value of the renminbi against the dollar.
Gross profit for the third quarter of 2008 increased 146.8% to $19.6 million, compared to $7.9 million for the same period in 2007. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, gross profit increased 41.3% to $41.8 million, compared to $29.4 million for the same period in 2007. The gross profit margin for the third quarter of 2008 was 74.8%, compared to 72.0% for the same period in 2007. This increase reflects the increase in proportion of sales with higher gross profit margins. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, the gross profit margin was 71.3% compared to 71.2% for the same period in 2007. The increase in gross profit margin during the third quarter was offset by a 4.2% decrease during the first quarter of 2008.
Selling, general and administrative expenses were $4.6 million for the third quarter of 2008, an increase of 18.5% compared to $3.9 million for the same period in 2007. The increase was primarily due to increases in salary expense and research and development. Selling, general and administrative expenses as a percentage of sales was 17.4% for the third quarter of 2008 compared to 34.9% for the same period in 2007. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, selling, general and administrative expenses were $12.9 million, an increase of 22.8% compared to $10.5 million in the same period in 2007. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, selling, general and administrative expenses as a percentage of sales was 22.0%, compared to 25.3% for the same period in 2007. In China, Tiens sells its products to Tianshi Engineering, an affiliated Chinese company. In order to qualify for a direct selling license in China, Tianshi Engineering is required to produce a part of the products that it sells in China. As a result, in 2006, Tiens began to sell semi-finished products to Tianshi Engineering, which jointly shares licenses with Tiens to produce, manufacture and sell the products. The semi-finished products, which Tiens is now exclusively selling in China, have lower sales prices than the finished products Tiens had previously sold to Tianshi Engineering. The application of Tianshi Engineering for a direct selling license in China is still pending.
Tiens continues to strive to expand its market share in China through the branches, chain stores, and Chinese affiliated companies of Tianshi Engineering. To enhance its position in this competitive market, Tianshi Engineering continues to increase its marketing activities in China, including opening additional branches across China, developing a nation-wide advertising campaign, encouraging media coverage and strengthening the Tiens brand.

How often do you ask yourself this question: Why does there never seem to be enough time?
I am always asked about time management and getting balance in life. Certainly for busy folks like you and me, time is a premium and sometimes it seems like there is never enough of it. In fact, I tell folks that I am the LAST person to take advice from on time management. While I am pretty good at getting things done, from the outside it normally looks like barely managed chaos. Part of it is that I have a great team who is able to keep my life flowing in a productive direction.

Yet the other part of time management has to do with how you look at time and balance and how you understand it. First of all, there is plenty of time. Second of all, if you think there isn't enough, you will be right. Worrying about it is actually a waste of it!

Feast or Famine…My philosophy about time management may upset you, but it has worked extremely well for me, has made me a lot of money and given me a great life. That's because I have inherently understood that...
There is no balance in business, life or nature itself.

Everything in nature and in life swings from one extreme to the other. There are peaks and valleys, busy times and slow times, abundant times and lean times, chaos and order. The truth is that the pendulum of nature only spends a fraction of an instant swinging through that fictitious point of balance. That thing they taught us in high school biology called 'steady state' barely even exists. That was propaganda to get us to believe that we should be balanced, staid, calm and non wave-making obedient drones.

I have never met a successful person that didn't operate at the boundaries. They operate in a world of extremes. They seem to rarely sleep, have a hundred things going on and are in continuous motion.
If I look at my life at any moment in time there is no balance. It is a view of chaos, extremes and intense moments, connections and activities. It feels like accelerating acceleration. I just came off of a road trip that went from Phoenix to Sydney to Vancouver to New York to Singapore to Jakarta back to Singapore to Hong Kong to Boston to El Paso into my 2-Day program and now home. But now I'm home! Time for lots of skiing, football games, etc.

A woman in my 2-Day Sales and Leadership program recently said her husband is a nuclear physicist. She said that, if you look closely, you’ll see that nature exhibits no balance. She verified that balance is dependent on the timeframe you are looking at. She said that I seemed very balanced to her if you looked over the course of the year: four weeks on the road, two months of skiing and playing.

Focus on the PresentWhen I am with my kids... I am ONLY with my kids and I take no interruptions, but when I switch over to business: Boom! I am there.

To try to balance my life is nuts. What I have learned is that being 100% present is what counts. When I am with someone else and fully locked in on him or her and what is happening between us...time disappears and the relationship thrives!

My two year old is great at this. When he grabs my finger to take me to play with him... he is fully engaged and even outraged if my mind or attention begins to wander. Yet when I have to take a conference call 15 minutes later, I am locked and loaded there. The skill is to be able to switch from interaction to interaction and be totally present in each one.

That's the key to sales and nearly every relationship. How many times have you been in a conversation with someone else and realized that you have not been paying attention? When you disconnect, you break the relationship.

Choosing Priorities I am the first to admit that there are some people who are hard to stay connected with in any conversation. But that brings up the next point about time.
Time is not the issue as much as priorities. Just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD do it!

You don't have to do everything, you don't have to run every errand and you don't have to control every activity in your life. You can have priorities, you can learn to ask for support and find others who are better at things than you are. You have to ask yourself: Is it revenue generating or not? Is it relationship-building… or not? Is it a worthwhile relationship or not? Is it busy work or not? Are you giving yourself lots to do and being busy rather than being effective? Are you on your own or do you have a team? Is it time with the special people in your life or not? Choose and then be present with your choice.

Running around in circles is nuts. Wasting time with those who suck away your energy and time is crazy. Spending your time on the minutiae of life is insanity!
So the next time you are in conversation with someone else and you find your mind wandering. Stop and get 100% present again.

Because when it is all said and done, there is no tally sheet that will score you on how many things you were able to do in this lifetime. There will only be the impact, the relationships that you nurtured and the memory of what your priorities were.

Be thankful for the time that you DO have. And choose wisely in how it’s spent.

BOSTON children of women who took the epilepsy drug valproate during pregnancy appear to be at a greater risk for lower IQ, according to research presented at the American Academy of Neurology's 59th Annual Meeting in Boston, April 28 May 5, 2007.

The study looked at IQ results for 187 two-year-old children of mothers who took the epilepsy drugs carbamazepine, lamotrigine, phenytoin, or valproate during pregnancy.

According to the study, 24 percent of the children of mothers who took valproate showed an IQ in the mental retardation range, compared to 12 percent for carbamazepine, nine percent for lamotrigine, and 12 percent for phenytoin. On an IQ test, children whose mothers took carbamazepine scored an average of 93 points, compared to 93 for those who took phenytoin, 96 for lamotrigine, and 84 for valproate. The scores were adjusted to account for the mother's IQ and the drug dosage.

The study also found that children with higher levels of valproate in their blood had lower IQ scores."Further studies are needed to confirm these findings, examine IQ at older ages, and to determine the risks for other epilepsy drugs," said study author Kimford Meador, MD, of the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, and Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. "However, our findings are consistent with other studies, which have shown valproate poses an increased risk for fetal death and birth defects, and have suggested the drug may harm cognitive development."

The study also found children's IQ was related to their mother's IQ for every epilepsy drug except valproate.

Although Distributors are generally free to operate their business, Tianshi commitment to good business practice requires that every Distributor should promise to act in good faith at all times. Establishing a Distributorship Initial Qualifications1. In order to become authorized Distributor of Tianshi products, an applicant must be a legal resident of India.2. A Distributor may run his/her business individually or jointly with his/her spouse or partner. The Tianshi Distributorship can not be owned by more then two persons.

3. An applicant should submit a filled Tianshi Distributor Application Form, purchase the latest Distributor literatures and read carefully the Business Manual and the main product brochures contained in it.

4. An independent Tianshi Distributor can not individually or jointly own the Distributorship owned by others, or participate as a partner, owner, keeper or director of another Tianshi Distributor. In other words, one Tianshi Distributor can only participate in one Tianshi Distributorship at any given time.

5. A Tianshi Distributor represents his/her intention to establish a Tianshi Business by signing the Distributor Application Form and promises to work with other Distributor towards the success of Tianshi Business.

Independent Business Relationship Under no circumstances shall the Tianshi Distributors be considered as agents or employees of Tianshi. A Distributor is an independent contractor whose success or failure depends on his/her independent efforts. Distributors may decide on the business time and method of marketing on the basis of the Business Manual but not allowed to change Tianshi products in any way. Neither the Company nor the Distributor will represent the other parry, sign any contract or make promises in the name of the other party. For all the Distributors, the expenses for the development of the Tianshi Business should be borne by themselves, including the expenses on travel, entertainment, office, employee’s accountant and development. All the Distributors should be liable for relative taxes for their independent business, and these taxes may be deducted from their bonuses and paid by the company on the basis of the regulations issued by the local tax department. Distributors must abide by the relative laws, rules and regulations as business operators. Distributors should consult the local relevant authorities to ensure the legal operation of their business. Operating a Distributorship Authorized Marketing Region unless specifically authorized by Tianshi in written form, any Distributor may only sell the Tianshi products purchased from the local Tianshi Marketing Office and the products can only be sold to consumers in the authorized marketing areas. Pricing And Ordering All the Distributors shall purchase the Tianshi products from Tianshi at the Retail prices. Tianshi has the right to adjust the prices any time and will, as much as possible, notify the active Distributors of the adjustments. Distributors should order the Tianshi products according to the company’s regulated methods and procedures. No Relabelling or RepackagingTianshi has the responsibility to ensure that all the packages and labels of the Tianshi products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Before selling, Distributors are not allowed to repack or relabel the products purchased from the company.

Bonus Restrictions on Retailing Bonus to Distributors is decided by the corresponding BV points (given to particular products) which are calculated in accordance with the Marketing Plan of a particular Distributor and his/her marketing network.

The amount of bonus depends upon the latest Tianshi Marketing Plan. Distributors can consult this Business Manual. Tianshi has the right to amend a part or the whole Marketing Plan any time.

Bonus granting date is decided in accordance with the terms of the Marketing Plan on a monthly or other periodic basis. Please consult the related part of this Business Manual for details on the bonus granting method and accounting service fees.

Advertising and Use of Trademarks1. In the advertisement of Tianshi products or Marketing Plan through media, Distributor should observe the following rules: a) Tianshi Distributors should use the exact words, photographs, graphics, trade marks etc. complying with the Tianshi Distributor’s latest Business Manual. b) Any difference in content or innovations can only be implemented upon the writ ten approvals by the Company.2. Distributors are not allowed to directly or indirectly use or permit others to use the registered trademarks or the Tianshi logotypes or any other registered names of Tianshi products.

These limitations are also applicable to the utilization on Internet, Email and other electronic media.

Distributors are not allowed to print any of the Tianshi logotypes on stationery or business card. In case of real need, they should get the authorization from the Com pony, but no amendment is allowed. Tianshi has the right to cancel the authorization according to the concrete conditions.3. Distributors are not allowed to sell or propagate non Tianshi products in the name of Tianshi, its agents or its employees.4. The Tianshi trademarks, name and intellectual property rights are owned outright by the Company, and Distributors cannot derive any benefit by the use of them. Mean while, without the permission of Tianshi, the Distributors are not allowed to dupli cate or publish Tianshi literatures, record tapes or video tapes. 5. If any Distributor finds that the Tianshi trademarks are illegally used, or the Tianshi copyrights or intellectual property rights are infringed, the Distributor should inform the Company in writing, for the Company to take the necessary legal action to protect its rights.

Restrictions on the Presentation of Tianshi Products and Marketing Plan Distributors shall accurately introduce Tianshi products and Marketing Plan. This obligation includes the following aspects:
a) Distributors shall neither mis-state nor omit any significant facts about the Tianshi Marketing plan, and must present the relevant parts of the Business Manual to the prospective Distributors.
b) Distributors shall be clear that the Tianshi Business is based on the sales of Tianshi products, and that Tianshi Distributors will not be successful merely by recruiting new Distributors without marketing.
c) Distributors shall not exaggerate the presentation to those who wish to join Tianshi Business, nor guarantee profit and fixed income to them. It should be stated that Distributors will only be successful through hard work.
d) Unless they are licensed medicine practitioners, Distributors shall not attempt to diagnose or treat the ailments of their Up lines or Downlines.
e) Distributors shall not make any presentations for any Tianshi product other than those found in current Tianshi literatures and labels. All statements regarding Tianshi products and their usages must conform in every way to current material about Tianshi products.

Sponsorship Restriction Sponsor is the person who introduces to another the Tianshi Marketing Plan. Conducting Other Business Distributor who is engaged in the marketing activities of non-Tianshi Business is not allowed to directly or indirectly canvass or induce another Tianshi Distributor to sell or buy these non-Tianshi products. Distributors should not go in for other business through the relationship between him/her and other Distributors or materials obtained from Tianshi. Any action of this kind, if found by Tianshi, will lead to the termination of the Distributorship. Developing the Tianshi Business In establishing the Tianshi Business, a Distributor needs to sponsor others to become Distributors of Tianshi products.Sponsoring requires the Distributors to introduce Tianshi products and literatures to prospective Distributors to train and maintain contact with them and answer their questions. Representations to prospective Distributors should accurately present Tianshi products and Marketing Plan.

Distributors must comply with the following rules:

1. Distributors must use only materials about Tianshi prepared or approved by Tianshi only.
2.
a) Distributors should not exaggerate their sales, income or benefits, or make any undocumented, illegal promise.
b) Distributors may only publicize their personal income and bonuses, and ex- plain that they can not guarantee the income for prospective Distributors.
c) Distributors should abide by the local laws, and make known their average income and sales in necessary.

Excuse for Non PerformanceTianshi will not be held responsible for delays and failures in performance due to force majeure, including, but not limited to, strike, labor dispute, riot, earthquake, war, flood, fire, epidemic or government decree or order. Assignment and Delegation Distributors may not by any means, assign his/her Distributorship or delegate his/her performance without the prior written consent of Tianshi. Any attempted assignment or delegation without such consent will be held invalid by Tianshi.Amendment The Regulations over Distribution are set down to preserve the benefits of all independent Tianshi Distributors. Tianshi reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement or delete all or any part of the Regulations to achieve the goal of the Tianshi Marketing Plan and maintain the benefits and the whole profits of the Company. Tianshi will inform all Tianshi Distributors of any change, through notice and other media. Quality WarrantyTianshi warrants that the quality of Tianshi products comply with the high quality standard requirements. Upon receiving a written application and explanation, the Company will exchange any defective product or refund the full purchase price according to the relevant rules.

Indemnity1. The Company protects the legal rights of its consumers and believes that the products are of high quality.

2. If a consumer is harmed by health from consuming or using Tianshi products, he/ she has the legal right to get indemnity upon the appraisal by relevant authorities and presentation of legal certificate.

3. When consumer’s legal rights are infringed, they may seek solutions in the follow ing ways:

Tianshi will transfer the Distributorship to the legal heir, guardian, trustee or other successor after receiving the relevant death certificate or court verdict. The legal successor should sign the Distributor Application Form and agree to abide by all its rules. However, Tianshi will not transfer the ownership if the successor does not meet the Distributorship to another person and Tianshi will continue to grant bonus, if any in the name of the original Distributor. Violation, Enforcement and Resolution Procedures. When a Distributor finds a violation of these Regulations, he/she should point out in time to the relevant authorities. The violator should also have a more profound understanding of the Regulations and try to avoid such kind of con duct in the future.

B. If the violating Distributor continues to operate his/her business in disregard of the Regulations, Distributors who know the details should then report the matter to Tianshi by sending a letter which states the nature of the violation, the violat ing Distributor’s name, address and telephone number, and all the relevant materials.

The reporter should ensure the truthfulness and reliability of all the material and sign the letter. If there is any false or misleading information, Tianshi will investigate and afire the responsibility.

Tianshi will make a thorough investigation on any violation and offer opportunity for the violating Distributor to defend himself/herself, or consult his/her Uplines or Downlines. Tianshi will also send a formal notice to the violating Distributor, asking him/her within ten (10) days from the time when he/she receives the notice, to submit his/her personal viewpoints with attached evidence for the review of the Company. Afterwards, Tianshi will pronounce its verdict correspondingly.

Agreement Of Tianshi Distributorship

1. Distributors should sign the Distributor Application Form accurately and ensure that all the necessary formalities for being engaged in the Tianshi business are in order.

2. The Distributors is responsible for all government imposed taxes and levies.

3. Distributors are neither employees nor agents of Tianshi. The Distributors have a contractual relationship with Tianshi which gives them only the limited right to sell the Tianshi products, recommend new clients to join the Tianshi business and win related rewards according to the bonus system of the Company.

4. The provision of the Tianshi Business Manual govern the contract between Tianshi and the Distributor. Tianshi is nor liable for any contrary term held out orally or otherwise, by any person to a prospective Distributor, contrary to or in addition to the provisions of the Tianshi Business Manual.

5. Tianshi guarantees to offer the Distributors the products, which meet with relevant stipulations and the promised quality requirements and standards.

6. Tianshi and the name of its subsidiary framework, its trademarks and the logo types are owned outright by the Company and are protected by laws. No other individual, corporate, or entity can use them unless authorized in writing by the Company.

7. The Company has the power to deduct the relevant expenses owed by the Dis tributor from their bonus.

8. Distributors shall not display or sell the Company’s products in any retailing out let.

9. Distributors must buy the products from the company and sell them only at the prices prescribed by the company and not at any prices, which are lower or higher than the uniform prices.

10. Distributors should sell the products according to the literatures and propa ganda material aids provided by the Company. Distributors are forbidden from preparing the selling materials by himself/herself without the written permission of the Company.Any dispute between the Company and Distributors will be handled in accor dance with relevant laws of the country of the Distributor or in accordance with any arbitration clause which may be specified.

2. Start your business without loss one more day. Don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you start. That will never happen. Jump in and get started.

4. Never focus your attention on trying to sponsor the "big hitter" who tells you that they are going to bring in 120 people. Sure, it would be nice, but don’t get caught up in the hype and emotion. It takes a team effort.

5. Rejection will happen. Not everyone is going to want what you have. There are some people that you could put a huge pile of Gold in their front yard, and they would still walk right on by it. Or, they simply will not believe it’s Gold. Don’t get discouraged. There are literally MILLIONS of people wanting what you have.

6. Follow up! This is the single most important factor to your success. You have probably heard that the fortune is in the follow up. People will rarely call you back, but they will join you if you follow up and show them you care about their needs. Call them and ask how things are going…or at least email them. By following up with everyone, you will sponsor new business partners in your network marketing business.

7. Have patience. Big incomes never happen overnight. And this is especially true if you are also working a full-time job somewhere. It may take you a year or two to obtain your income goal and quit your current job. If you knew that you could be doing your home business full-time in only a year from now…would it be worth the wait?

8. Don’t give your new reps wild expectations. Let them know what to expect. Always be honest with them.

9. Realize that your mlm business is going to require an investment. Just like a brick and mortar business, your home business is going to require an investment in marketing supplies and tools. Thankfully, network marketing doesn’t require you to take out a 2nd mortgage to operate.

10. Don’t let anything knock you out of your home based business and cause you to quit. You can only fail in this business if you give up on yourself.

11. Don’t mail out samples and materials to a few people and then expect big checks to suddenly appear. Most likely, it will take you a few months to have a steady income coming in.

12. Help the people you sponsor as much as you can. Help them get started. Help them sponsor their first two people by doing 3-way calls with their prospects. Let them know you’re there for them and you support them. Teach your new reps the importance of doing the same. That’s how you build a team.

13. Don’t do things for your reps that they should do themselves. There is a fine line between being helpful, and doing the entire business for them. Understand your downline is going to do what you do. Lead by example. Do all the things that you want your reps to do. Be sure the example you are setting is one that you would want to follow if you were in their shoes.

14. Don’t waste time on cynics, or non-motivated people. They will NOT succeed in this business, or any other business for that matter. Trying to drag someone into your business is only going to drain you of all your energy and beat you down. Let them go and move on.

15. Don’t whine and complain to your upline every time you have a problem. No one wants to spend time with constant whiners and complainers.

16. Always operate your business in a professional and ethical manner. Don’t make false claims about your mlm / network marketing product, or exaggerate your income. Give your prospects the facts and you will build trust. People can be smarter than you think. Most can sniff out if you’re being dishonest quickly. Then you have lost your credibility, as well as your prospect.

17. Learn all that you can about your home based business. Stay up to date with everything that is going on. Learn a little about your competitors so that you can answer simple questions about the differences between them. But don’t put them to your prospect, no matter how you feel about them.

18. Think BIG! Think big dreams. Set BIG goals. Small thinking producing small results. Live life without putting limits on yourself.

19. Keep in close contact with your new people you sponsor into your network marketing business. Let them know you care and are there to help. Praise your new people who are doing good things. Always at least send an email to them when they sponsor someone new. Let them know they’re doing a great job!

you'd automatically attained 3-star, hence, jumping the first two stages, but products worth N14,000 will take you to 2-star and 1-star is attained immediately you register. Also, while in 2-star, you could buy goods either once or in piecemeal worth N41,000 from the initial N14,000 to attain 3-star and that may END YOUR BUYING AND SELLING to those you've sold to.

Star-4 distributorshipThe rule of the company says if you could register four people, and these people could also buy products worth of N41,000 each, it moves you from star-3 to star-4 automatically, and you earn 20% of their purchases each as a bonus. You could also introduce other people if you wish to increase your bonus but not less than four people directly under you. Then, those you've introduced would step into your shoes and introduce others into it, hence, they become your indirect candidates. You may not even know them, but they are your second generation, indirect downlines, and your indirect bonus comes from these people. Such bonus depends on the level you are, level 4-star distributor would earn 4% but 8-star distributor would earn up to 37% (from the indirect downlines).

Star-5 distributorship Star-4 is not the ultimate, you have to move ahead to star-5 to access other goodies. In order to move to star-5, there must be at least three star-3 directly under you to move to star-4, i.e. three star-3 directly under you with cumulative point of 6000 would move you to star-5, and they themselves would move to star-4. Each of the product carries a point, so, the products your downlines bought must add up to 6000 BV (Business Value), and once the three people becomes star-4, you're automatically pushed to star-5.Benefits packaged.When you're in star-5 distributorship, you start enjoying leadership additional bonus. When you're here, direct and indirect leadership bonus would be accrued to you. And as a star-5 distributor, you become a network user. Leadership starts from star-5, and you're supposed to purchase a little amount of product monthly, a minimum of 2,810 BV to enable you to earn on everybody in your team. When I was a 5-star distributor, I earn not less than N65,000 per month. I bought goods worth 2,810 in my name and I get 28% direct bonus for that which I buy for my use. Anything you buy after the N41,000 purchases on star-3 attracts additional direct bonus on the level that you are. For instance, in my present status as a start-8 distributor, I earn 43% direct bonus on any of my purchase. Also, star-5 is not the ultimate, you could move to star-6.

Star-6 distributorshipWhat makes you a star-6? The cumulative point of 25,000 of your total team, and three people in star-4 stepping into star-5 pushes you into star-6. The higher you go in star-6, the more money you make. When I was in star-6, the least I earn monthly was N118,000. I was earning N155,000, N162,000, N185,000 etc. So in star-6, the company would instruct you to buy goods in your name up to 6,000 and enjoy 32% direct bonus on that which you buy. Peradventure you introduce new people into the system, you get 32% direct bonus against 20% you were earning at lower levels. The indirect bonus in star-6 is the difference between the 32% and 20% which is 12%. The higher you go, the more the direct and indirect bonus you earn.

Start-7 distributorshipI enjoyed a lot in my 7-star because the least I earned then was half a million per month. What took me to 7-star? The company said if I could generate a 100,000 points with my team (the goods everybody have been buying cumulatively) and three of my downlines could step into star-6 distributor, then, I could become a star-7. Actually, three of them stepped into star-6 with a cumulative point of 100,000BV (the totality of the team) and I was pushed to star-7. I was there for four months and the least I earned was N568,000. When do you start MLM business?
